organizing program "folder"/"menu"
probably just me being a noob, but i finally have my treo setup and just put on smallmenu plus for cascading menus
my question is this - how do i create subfolders or whatever you would call it (like the one that says games) and move some of my programs to it. (to explain more i click on start go to programs and there is a games folder (link, whatever) i click on that and there are 2 games in there, however i dont see this games folder in the resco explorer) i am trying to create other "folders" to hold programs so the cascading menu is useable (example: interent, utilities, games, etc.) thanks for the help |
In resco go to windows/start menu/programs add folders there and place the .lnk in the appropriate folder.

thanks for the reply - i made the utilities folder in there and then moved the resco explorere link from windows/start menu/ to windows/start menu/utilites now it says it cant find the program in ilauncher
also, i still i have a list that is much bigger then just those items listed in windows/start menu/ in my small menu plus http://upload6.postimage.org/41162/smallmenuplus1.jpg http://upload6.postimage.org/41164/smallmenuplus2.jpg http://upload6.postimage.org/41165/smallmenuplus3.jpg http://upload6.postimage.org/41167/smallmenuplus4.jpg as you can see my menu is definately unruly now and needs to be organized to be usable |
That's because the shortcut you made in iLauncher is a shortcut to the shotcut you just moved from Programs to Programs\Utilities.
Either change the target to the new location of the shortcut, ot change it to the actual file. |
thanks i can change the ilauncher stuff pretty easily but what about organzing all the other programs that popped up with smallmenu plus that arent located in the windows/start menu/ directory - how can i get those into the new folders?
thanks for your valuable help |
