callwaiting on my 700wx

whenever i am on a call and someone else calls me, i answer the phone like normal. when i return to the first call by using the "swap" button. the second call never leaves from my today screen. it just stays there and looks like i still have two calls going until i end the first phone call. is this normal or is there another way i should be answering and hanging up the callwaiting?

thanks in advance for the help.

My 700wx dose the same thing and if I get a third caller while the other 2 calls remain on the screen I cant see any information fir the third caller. I am going to do some testing after a hard reset and see if this is the way it is or if something is causing the problem. I will post results later

I've been told by my carrier that this is an issue that is being worked on. I dunno if it was specific carriers or if it was a windows glitch. But apparently they know about it.

Sprint Cust Care told me NO, the billing stops when the call terminates. However, Sprint Cust Care has been known to not know what the hell their talking about from time to time.
