Startbar?

Is there a way to remove the start bar, or to hide it from view? On the Treo it takes up a lot of screen.

yes there is! :) you can also remove the bottom bar from the home screen (no real reason to have it on the home screen, we all know what the left and right buttons do)

Look up Wisbar Advanced Desktop by lakeridge

Coz,

I would not recommend that one for Treo. Treo has customization that makes the top and bottom bar once active, staying active and uses the in-context one (such as today) to cover the rest. The plugin only hides today one and when call etc comes in and the bar menu changes, the bar will not go away since the in-context today screen bar was hidden. There was no additional update for Treo so I consider this is a lost cause...

I have tried to hide my task bar to make more screen room with wisbar 3. It worked and looked good. But when I get a call it pops up the call menu buttons and they stay there. Might try wisbar desktop and see what happens.
