Good Friggin Lord I hate sprint but they have my nuts in a vice.
 

Heres the thing. I called to cancel my service like 3 years ago and sprint said hey dont leave we have this new program that will give you 500 minutes a month and unlimited internet for only $30 dollars! I bit on it and now I have my balls in a vice called sprint.

Well my touch pro bit the dust AGAIN last week this time after a month of use. I sold the replacment and gave a sprint store a call, the lady said I should buy a palm pre. I say I cant because I have a SERO plan and she says its cool now since the phone has been out like 3 months.

I didnt believe her so I emailed sprint and asked their customer care and I got this email back.

Now I dont have the phone in yet, I ordered it last week but I know these *******s are going to give me crap about it and I know im going to ultimately lose. So in the end Im going to be out like 75 bucks in shipping for 3 phones because sprint has stupid employees.


Now I could be wrong and the phone could activate just fine but in order for that to happen I would have to have some sort of luck which I have none of these days.

Feel free to poke fun for me being a moron and trusting sprint.

Please keep us updated on how this plays out. I'd especially like to know if your next bill (after activating the Pre, optimistically hoping they let you) still shows you on SERO. Any chance you could post the email address of this "Boomer N." so that others can email him and confirm this?

I'm in a similar situation. If it works out for you let us know. My wife wants the Pre, but I don't really want to give up the SERO plan she's on now.

use the email to your advantage, talk to retentions... my dad once called retentions and said he was gunna kill himself. they forwarded him to a special "suicide hotline" and they hooked him up PHAT! LOL

You have the email... Just keep emailing them back... Keep responding on that email... Don't talk to them on the phone...

I did this with my last touch pro replacement and they sent me a new and refurb-ed phone. Kept trying to send them the refurb back and they told me to keep it. LOL
