Screen Protectors Reduce Sensitivity?

For those of you using a screen protector on your Pre, has it effected touch sensitivity at all? Since capacitive screens works due to the conductance of fingers, wouldn't having a plastic barrier on the screen block that interaction? What am I missing?

I have no clue why (was wondering the same thing) but after putting on the invisible shield it still picks up even the lightest touch.

Using the Invisishield it is slightly less sensitive for me. Not much of a bother for me yet.

ghost armors are great. they have no feel to them after their done setting, and is just as sensitive as a pre without one

I do know that the original plastic film that comes on the Pre's new out of the box do hinder the capacative touch. I don't think the ZAGGZ shields or the other top quality screen protectors reduce the sensitivity but if they did it would be VERY minimal because the electrons from your fingers pass through just fine with or without the screen protectors. We all have to admit that the Pre's capacative touch screen is sooooooo much better than the touch pro although not quite as accurate being you can't use a stylus or fingernail.
