I'm gonna go back in tomorrow like they asked and see how they handle it. I was tired of dealing with it today because they actually made me go back and forth between the two stores until the tech that did the work finally called the other guys to try and straighten stuff out. Then they are trying to tell me that they have a "one replacement" only policy at that store... the whole thing was completely shady. Bottom line is they don't want to hand out replacement Pre's because they are in short supply and each time they do it it's a lost contract for the store.

Thanx for lot of answers.I have HTC Diamond and i read what did u tell about dead pixels.Can dead pixels be blue collor??I get my Diamond from Switzerland and one friend of mine put inside Cloudy ROM 1.1 WWE,after that i get veeery litle blue point on the top of my monito.U can see it clear only when turn on mobile phone and if u have black backround..can u help me pls with this,regards :)

are you guys sure they arnt frozen pixels? they look similar but the difference is you can unfreeze a pixel through special videos.
