To be honest, the changed graphics in the dialer is what was keeping me from flashing my phone to a newer build.
Maybe I should try the i8000 black dialer cab that is floating around as well.

Hey Lioryte I have your 23064 freshly flashed the Kinetic Scrolling is all jacked up I can scroll in File Explorer using finger but not in Start Menu and some others.

Updated to 23071

New in this version:

Samsung Dialer out due to performance issues, WM dialer in along with tweaks to make it respond better. As far as locking the dialer/device please see post #2.
Seems faster than 23069
Added a little reg. editor by schaps in settings.

Added new .cab files in post 2, check 'em out

Working on 23071 V2 with

172+ Total MB, 163+MB Free
Call log is 100% native M$, never paid attention it was Sam's
More cleaning up
will be back on, along with a .cab to disable it
More tweaks for a faster, finger friendlier experience
