lioryte...I tried to do a little research on this, am I correct in my finding that this seems to be a 'customize on the fly type of app'? Allowing us to set the size and other minor tweaks to panels as we instal them?

This will allow you (us, anyone running WM6.5 with titanium) to have any png/image/anyplace on the panel to actually activate a different application. For an example if you are using JMLToday panel, than every Image/PNG file will open a designated application. This is very exciting since up to this point hitting a panel was opening only one application. JMLPanex can be used with ANY panel, JUMBA's skin for JMLToday is an great way of using it.
Think about the application panel, 1 app per page. With Panex you can make it 2/3/4 whatever you choose it to be.
It doesn't (as far as I know) have any effect on the size of the panel

Shameful plug for my own plugin (haha, a plug for a plugin!)
I would like to add PlayIt! -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=580911
It's a combination of CS2P and Nitrogen and a continuation of CS2P (thanks chriscsh)

Panex is awesome isn't it?
Makes mapping buttons very easy

Could I make a skin for PlayIt based on that look?

Of course.

I've been mulling something over in my head for a while. What if we made the focus panel the entire height of the screen? Then we could put panex buttons all over the entire screen. Buttons to link to other panels, buttons to do other thing, buttons everywhere! What do you think?
