Htc Hero official ROM upgrade..!!
 

This still might be consider news since the Htc Hero hasnt been release to the USA yet. But this is very good news, we already have an ROM update for the Hero. It seems like it is a great deal of support already out there for this device. This ROM update isnt even an unofficial leak or anything. Its live and downloadable from Htc's website.

very cool. i really like android but im waitin to see wm7 before i jump ship lol.

but, hopefully this will help with android porting to cdma phones! :headbang:

I have to see this device in action at a sprint store. Can't wait to take it for test drive...lol

I am thinking it is time to retire my 6900. I am so ready to bite the bullet and upgrade to the Touch Pro, but then Sprint goes and teases me with the Hero. Hmmmm.... decisions decisions decisions

Take your time there is a few amazing ppc's coming out before or by the holidays. Wait for the Htc Hero at least and play with the demo (Htc TP2) also in stores. Make a clear decision..

So is it just the Hero and TP2? I already know the TP2 is out of my price range right now. The Hero might be manageable.

I believe the palm pixie and htc diamond2 will be coming shortly. It should a few that sneeks the crack of the media attention. One or two ppc will be your price range.

LoL, I am not secure enough in my feminity to have a phone called the "pixie," although my three year old would love it! I have not seen anything on the Diamond2. Do you know anything about it?
