Re: Palm Introduces the Palm Pixi

If only it had WiFi, and a MircoSD card slot. I would think about replacing my Treo Pro for this. :(

*simulation call from my new phone* "Hello, Bruce. This is Zeus. If you still want to go to the Steelers game call me back before six. You can reach me on my Pixi dude." The name just isnt right for me.

Prolly to replace the palm centro.. and move everything to webos. from highend to lowend.. me personally if the pixie had a bigger screen i would prolly get it.

Yeah I see what you're saying, but I heard this was suppose to be exclusive to sprint for a while. What would be the reasoning in that?

Re: Palm Pixie? Why?

1- to wean centro and blackberry users to webOS for people who likes the front keyboard always exposed

2- no slider mechanism meaning slimmer more sturdy form

3- people prefer the candybar style also to expand the options in form in webOS devices

4- i still take the Pre lol

true

what made me a little mad was the fact that they changed the screen resolution, im worried that palm makes the mistake winmo did of changing the form factors much cuz it would be hard for webos developers to make apps that are compatible with all shapes and forms
