definitely have to see how this shapes
but samsung phones are typically cheaper than their htc counterparts
that much is true in many ways (save from the saga)

yes it is, no other carrier (cdma) will be seeing it in the US

Verizon and Samsung both say that they have an exclusive agreement on the Omnia II...
However, Verizon also recently said this

That only deals with the really small providers though, Sprint and AT&T still wont be getting the Omnia2. I really wish they wouldnt make phones exclusive to certain carriers. Sprints coverage is a joke in my area, Verizons may be a joke in your area, or AT&Ts. The handset companies should be completely seperate from the service providers so you can use any handset on any carrier. The Omnia would have a lot larger community behind it if it wasnt limited to one carrier.

now with TP2 having a release date any news on the OmniaII I am eagerly awaiting it's release date
