so i got it to find my city, it does not load the weather and the old weather (the place that starts with Da is still on the today screen). i thinkmy phone crashed, i heard that other pple with wm6.5 had this problem too with the weather

I am with you here. And my weather is jacked up ... right city WAY off on temps (no it is not in celcius)

ok i got the bottom task bar. like it said a couple of pages back you have to install pointsense homescreen1.0.0.0. that will give you the bottom task bar

Ok, so PointUI goofed my phone up. well it was mainly weather.. was not working so great. The cities that i searched for and choosed did not update its weather, and that Da Nane place had stayed on there, it was frezzing my phone and then active synce kept opening up. i really like it and want to use it, so what im going to do is wipe my device, or at least get a new rom. i can try the silence rom that was said above that worked well with it. and we will see what happens...going to hook the laptop up soon. got to love the wifi sharing on the phone lol. keep ya posted.
i was also using verison 1.1.0.1, ill prob use the older verison this time

ok i got everything working but my weather under the clock is still "Da Nang" i noticed other people were having the same prob. OP can u tell me how u got changed yours. btw the weather applet is working correctly, thanx

yes you just need to go to install the qvga version. grab the correct cabs.

Im having the same problem which is why im switching ROMs and stuff for now, Im thinking it was because of WM6.5 or something. idk but yes OP what ROM are you using if you dont mind me asking?
