OLED Screen

Yeah these are already on the market: Samsung Impression, not an extraordinary phone but it does have OLED, I think Samsung, LG, and a couple of others have OLED screens in the pipe for smartphones and some AMOLED (next generation that will likely eliminate backlights all together) on the drawing board

yeah its pretty cool stuff, the impression's battery is actually smaller than the eternity's (non keyboard counterpart) but it lasts longer because the screen doesn't draw as much juice to run it.
And AMOLED technology is supposed to be self lit so we won't have a backlight anymore which will save massive amounts of battery

pretty cool stuff, i just hope more manufacturers start putting more OLED in devices sooner rather than later

Oled is definately the future... Altough i have heard that they are quite prone to breaking
