Help!! Motorola Q9c freezing and won't start!
I purchased a new Moto Q9c from wirefly.com about 4 weeks ago.
About 3 days ago, it started freezing up on me when I try to turn the phone on (I noticed this normally happens when batt is very very low) When I press power button, The Phone shows "M" logo, then "sprint " logo....then gets stuck on "windows Mobile" logo indefinitely. It does not ever get past this and I am unable to use phone or make/recv calls. I spoke to Sprint tech support - they tell me this is a known issue with Q9c and they are working on s/w update. Can anyone tell me how I can fix this? Or tell me where I can get the s/w update? I am past my 30 day exchange period and wirefly basically said I'm on my own. |

thanks for the link - I'm ready to install this thing....but I'm wondering if I install this update...will it remove the sprint installed apps...ie. sprint tv, internet explorer etc.
I may just end up taking to my local sprint store and asking them if they will update for me...that way I don't screw it up |
