ESN Hex??
 

On my motoq9c I don't know which number under my battery is the proper ESN Hex number...does anyone know?
None of the numbers say ESN they all have different names.

if you have your box, it should also say it on there. hex esn is the shorter one btw

WHen I pull my battery cover up I see DEC, MSN, pESN, MEID. I mainly want to use getspc but all these numbers I've tried don't work.

How many numbers/letters should it be?

8 digits containing the numbers 0-9 and letters A-F. You can also call your provider and they should provide it for you.

On a wm6 device, you can goto Start Menu -> Settings -> System and hit the icon "Device Information" and it's listed on the first page. I'm pretty sure the q9 in wm...

remember to put it in capital letters. getspc is case sensitive

GetSPC will not provide me the right number. I am providing the ESN but it will not generate a valid SPC.

Any other suggestions?? For some reason I was denied when I called Sprint and asked for it.

Try to look on the box that the phone came in. You should see a HEX and a ESN number if not contact your carrier. It should also be on the back of your phone. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I've tracked down the right number but getSPC won't generate the correct number for me. I've contacted my carrier but for some reason they have blocked my from getting my msl...no idea why.
