messed up Q

My idiot nephew messed up his Q somehow i dont know what he did he just said it messed up now the only thing i can get it to say is. Motorola Flash Mode Bootloader Version: BOOT_C_03.08/00R_MPAP please connect the USB cable.

any one know whats wrong or ever seen this

he threw the phone into bootloader mode, try taking to battery out for a bit and restarting the phone. If not he has to reflash to phone with whatever firmware was on it before.

Well Hes 11 so ill be either fixing the phone or sending it back but how could he of done this? Water,dropped too hard,or buttons being pressed he wont tell me

Most likely buttons presses that he won't tell you. Or Button presses that he doesn't know about.
