hello i am new to site i tried to download the alarms for sprint moto q and keep getting error that this can not be veiw on device can smeone help it also says that it can not be runned by windows

I am not sure what you are looking at but most likely it is a compressed zip containing a cab file. You will need to use your PC to unzip the cab than use ActiveSync to move the cab to the Q, I always put the cab on my storage card. Than use file explorer on the Q to navigate to the cab, highlight than tap center button on the D pad to run it. This starts the program loading process, just fallow the on screen instructions.
