I'm surprised to be the 1st to post this here but Best Buy is now selling the Photon for $99. This deal unlike Radio Shack's is good for new and old customers, as long as you're resigning for 2 years.

Unfortunately I refuse to shop at Best Buy for too many reasons, you guys think that a Sprint store would match that price?

You could probably get it for $99 but they're gonna nail you for an $10/ month for "premium data service".

Also someone on another forum confirmed that a sprint store will match the $99 Best Buy price. So go get this for $99 suckas!

my friend owns a sprint store and i can confirm not all stores will honor the 99$ deal.

just went to bb they didn't offer me $99 , I would have to pay $500 for the phone.

According to their web site, as long as you're due for an upgrade and resign for 2 years it's $99. Were you due for an upgrade?

see this deal is exactly same as shacks and i called 6 stores (sprint) in my area and none will honor this. i have a photon so im good but i dont want others thinking you just goto sprint store and ask for 99$ photon.

I'm pretty sure that you have to be a new customer for the deal at Radio Shack, which is what made BBY's deal so appealing.

not really, if your only eligible for 75$ upgrade which is 1yr then you cant get it at bestbuy.
