LED Stopped Working Help!!!
 

I have looked everywhere and can't figure this out. The LED on my Moto Droid quit flashing when I get messages, posts, etc... Ihave looked into apps to test it but they don't seem to be what I'm looking for. I have looked at every notification setting on the phone itself and nothing about LED... Can anyone tell me if you've run into this before and, if so, is there a fix? running 2.1 no root. ](*,)

Download handcent from the market. In the notification settings you can customize led color and flash rate, and then press the test notification button to check it out. Not quite an app for testing leds, but it should do the trick...

I think the led is just broke! I have flashed 2 different roms on it and the LED is still not working...:(

Which roms out of curiosity? Have you tried messing with the LED settings in spare parts? particularly with the spare parts in a cyanogen mod rom?

Download "LED color tester". If you don't see it working then, I'd say it's broken.

what the??? so out of the blue it started working but doesn't blink at all just stays on solid. Don't know what the heck is going on... I'm Running 2.2 with the black theme
