Yep that worked. It still wouldn't let me nandroid backup? I installed the theme anyways-its flippin legit. Lol thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

No problem, I'm glad I could help. As for the recovery, that happened to me too. I have flashed lots of roms and never had it happen until I flashed Froyo. For some reason Froyo messes up recovery when it is first flashed and you need to reflash Clockwork with RM. Not sure why Froyo does it and the others don't. Oh well, its an easy fix.

Thanks for this BTW it was great... FROYO goodness indeed. I tried to install the theme however and keepgetting an error that no file exists or some darn thing. I've tried downloading it a few different times to make sure it wasn't the file and no go... Any Ideas???


EDIT: that was crazy... it was only downloading half of the file correctly... hmmm anyway I finally got it correctly and installed. Now why is it that google maps wont install or update rather with this rom???

Hmm, when do you get the error? When trying to download or when you choose it in Clockwork?

Edit: just checked the file and it is still there so it should work. If you can't get it to work, another option is NexTheme which I actually like better than CleanBlack. It was released this weekend in a form that works on Froyo:

I like it because the main theme is still black but it adds a LITTLE color. Not enough to be cheesy. Plus the icons are very nice. You install it the same way that I explained earlier.
