PPCGeeks - Rom question?

So maybe a Noob question but... What im looking for is a rom that is based off the 2.1 update and that has the wifi teathering and can be over clocked and has the 5 home screens. Ive been reading all the post and im coming from Droidmod 1.0, Im just really confused with all the roms that are out there I just dont know what to look for. If anyone could post some links and maybe help me with how to flash a new rom from a current one it would be a great help thanks in adavance.

any rooted phone can teather, the program i use is barnacle, again if your rooted get rom manager from the market there is a quite a few on there to choose

Thanks guy i appreciate that. Im deffinitly going to check out that rom in mthe morning. With the rom manager since im rooted i have everthing to run that with no problem all i have to do is select the rom right? since i rooted with droidmod I have the sprecovery fill needed right? thanks again.
