Im running the newest adamz rom and didnt install car home.Is there a way to just install it without having to reinstall everything?

Does it give you the option to reflash and keep data? If so, you could just select to keep data and check to install car home and reflash in SPRecovery.

In case you have a different app you want to put in it's place and not have to deal with both. For example: if you don't like the native android messaging, you can install the Handcent app and make it the native messaging app.
