Haptic feedback

Is here a way to add haptic feed back to everything i touch on screen including the keyboard.When I had winmo there was a program called touch response that did that. Is there a version for android?

in the settings>sounds and display menu there is haptic feedback but its not for just plain touching the phone anywhere as i just tried.

I searched around the market for this and have yet to find anything that'll enable haptic feedback for everything
