Am I doing something wrong- contact information not displaying when called?
 

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to see if I'm doing something wrong or if this is the normal operation of this device.

An example is when I get an incoming call from my sister, the phone displays "unknown" her phone number and city even though she is in my contact list instead of her name, phone number and city.

Is there a setting that needs to be changed or is this normal?

try this if you havent already, delete your sisters contact info. have your sister call you and then go into your recent call history. and then save her to new contacts.

have her call again, and see what happens.
