No 2.2 firmware for droid X!
 

I tought a phone this cool and advance and speed would come with droid 2.2 firmwaew, instead it comes with droid 2.1 and does not support flashplayer when tested. will not play hulu or other videos that requires flash 10.xx. so whats the big idea. if its possible to play flash 10.xx how do i do it?

It will be getting an official froyo update in august, don't worry.

Besides, even 2.2 will not give you access to Hulu.

I heard that hulu does play on moto droid, therefore, flash 10.X should be avai;ab;e with firmware 2.2!! you just need a browser that can play the same plug ins.

Or if somone is generous enough to build an app that will take hulus built in plug ins to play on the app!!!

It did until Hulu patched the way 2.2 got in. So, no, it doesn't play Hulu.

ohh well thats sux for those of us who like to watch hulu....well we just got to be hopeful that someone here or in sdxdeverlopers will do something about it.....
