Corporate Email View

Coming from a Windows Mobile / Sense I am trying to see how I can have all my widgets setup so that I am can get a sense of the emails. I am not really a fan of the widgets that Motorola puts out there.

What are you guys using to view emails and calender similar to how Sense was?
