No.....I don't think that you can simply install a new build...It has to be cooked by a chef into a ROM and it isn't a simple process.

Can you help me on installing the latest 21895 build? If i down load the cab files, won't that just install on top of what i have and not the ram?

Please edit the registry fix in the FAQ on the first page. It should say
Windows\compose_note.htm
