Are the buttons jammed or did they physically fall off the phone?
-if they are jammed: go to the verizon store and tell the the buttons are jammed, and that you would like a new phone under the manufacturers defect warranty. this wont change your upgrade date and has worked for in replacing the imagio, and alot of other phones too. however if the buttons are no longer on the device this wont work, cause missing buttons constitute physical damange. idk why jammed buttons dont, but hey its verzion, they are a bunch of idiots and *******s down there.
if this doesent work just send me another pm and ill type out a step by step for fixing them. its a pretty lengthy process so i would try the above first.
I would love to know how to fix the damn buttons on this thing. As I have no recourse with HTC or Verizon, I am left to my own devices. Please post or send me directions so I can fix these damn things.
