HTC Snap, I am trying to set up internet sharing on my girlfriend's SNAP, I was wondering if you can help me out? I have been reading the following link

and am in need of some serious guidance.
when I download zip file, do i use the phone to download it? or do I download it on my computer and drag and drop it to phone. once I drag in drop it how do i go about finding it.
now I was wondering she has the unlimited plan, and i was wondering if they ever charged you extra.
