Thank you. You were most kind with your Thanks. Good idea to chill for now as far as removing apps goes but as far as flashing different ROMs it's a cakewalk after the root.
Learn about Nand backup, using Titanium backup before you start flashing. Learn basic adb commands before you worry about removing apps. Enjoy!
Yeah I finally got mine rooted and I had a hell of a time too!! I flashed to a rooted stock 651.6 rom and dont plan on flashing anything else for a looooong time cuz it was a major pain in the @!!!
