That's what I've been following. There are many more tweaks that I'm sure I'm missing, but I can tell you that what I've done so far has worked. I've got 65% free RAM when I boot and it's certainly peppier. But not as snappy as some of the full blow custom ROMs out there. I'm sure I'm missing tweaks.

would you mind sharing some of what your learned or a process of what you have done that is noob friendly i have been wanting to dump the vzw and only get rid of the bloatware. i do want to keep manilla.
