NO NOT KIDDING. I INSTALL THAT PANARAMIC BACKGROUND.....WHEN I UNSTALLED IT, IT RIPPED BY WALLPAPER OFF 4 GOOD. MEANING I COULDNT CHANGE WALL PAPERS ANYMORE.....SO I DID WHAT I DID AND EVERYTHING RUN 100% BETTER. IT WORKED 4 ME..THATS ALL IM SAYING. IM VERY HAPPY HOW IT TURNED OUT... Same thing happen to my pc when I reformat the HD. 100% better.

lol you couldn't change the wallpaper because the thread specifically states that it alters the manilla files, and you will have to either make your own, or uninstall the cab... it didn't prevent you from changing your wallpaper, you just don't follow directions well.
