I'm not gonna give you fish, I'll teach you how fishing PNGs :
- dl MSCEinf : HERE
- dl my cab and open them with MSCEinf then extract files/BMP/PNG/Manila
- to transform manila into PNGs, you'll need cfcGUI available on XDA : HERE
- launch cfcGUI and indicate the folder where you extracted manila files and you'll see that kind of display :

Click on a manila file into the list at the left then you'll see the image at the right : there you can click on "save as" to extract a single PNG. If you want to extract all PNGs then click on "tools" then "extract to PNG".

PS: my skins are freeware for personal use only so don't use what I've made to sell it. BTW images belong to HTC ^^
