Seems the hosting site is unavailable are there plans to get this working again or does everyone have to uninstall and go back to basic cities that ship with the HTC weather?

It appears that the domain conflippersweather.com has expired. If you go back about 1 year in this thread you will see the author had to get a new hosting service because of bandwidth issues. Apparently this domain did not get renewed. Hence breaking the 3rd party URL the reg is pointed to when you install the cab.

After reading this, it is highly unlikely that we will ever see this working again.

Since Conflipper servers are down, forever.. and Not2Advanced.com is not always reliable.. Use the Accuweather server instead..

Use the weather city editer to edit the weather servers or change it in the registery as shown above.. if you use the editor, you can add citys to the DB that are not listed in the HTC default city lists (which is pretty scarce).

This works on TP2, not TP1 or Diamond.

This weather editor didnt work on mine. The phone wouldn't start properly after I installed it, so I had to uninstall it.
