PPCGeeks - Help with custom Manila

I have a rom that was made using E-rice's kitchen. The files that skin my manila are from Ivan's Black Rom. Thanks to both of those guys and the ones who help them put that awesome stuff back together. Back to my question now. I have this one little spot that only appears after I install the white flip clock cab. I am attaching a pic below. I have tried with the manila editor to find that pic and just replace but it does not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
