ok i have been downloading the mountain dew themes bc they are very cool and i am sshing my phone and adding them to the themes section but when i change to them it changes nothing on my phone

Well the first problem is that the Moutain Dew themes you are downloading from this thread are NOT for the iPhone. They are for WinMob and HTC's TouchFlo interface.
I am actually working on a MD theme for the iPhone, as the "Custom Item" thread I posted my reply to your request just a few moments ago.
