thought i might ask here...

i've basically made my home screen void of anything but the wallpaper and the only things that still keep popping are the text and email bubble...

any chance of invisible text and email notifications???

or is there a reg edit to disable notifications in TF3D but not in the wm taskbar?

Not too sure I'm following you correctly but, if you have already edited the manila file images so you see no clock then follow the same procedure with the image for the bubble. If you are cooking your manila changes into the rom then I don't see why leaving the particular file out would hurt. If it produces an error then just use blank image in place of bubble. As far as text, I haven't gotten into it so I am not sure which file to edit, or if it is the same file as the bubble image I can't tell you which line to edit. You'll have to use a hex editor to do it, but most likely you will have to choose a color to match background so you don't see it. Hope this makes sense!

I've tried 2 of these and neither work. :( I'm running a stock ROM and not using the transparent slider as mentioned previously. I still get the ugly yellow notification. I've tried 2 sets of icons and 3 diff sliders just in case and still no go. I am using the pamas transparent bottom bar though, could that be it?

Not entirely sure, but...I wouldn't see where a transparent slider would/could cause issues. But to be sure, are you re-booting after install? And, which notifications in particular have you tried?

I read earlier in the thread the pamas transparent slider was causing the cab file not to work. I tired the clear glass orb and also the hello kitty. Neither were CFC compressed. Yep tried soft resetting as well as disabling tf3d with no luck.
