thanks for the reply,,,can you please elaborate,how to uninstall the arc soft from my fathom and edit the registry for windows messaging services to work .

You can run my uninstaller from http://pizzaboy192.com/downloads/ and it'll fix everything.
It Will even edit the registry to disable Arcsoft completely.

The only thing you need to do is open a task manager and stop the "Transport.exe" process.
