1) What does it have that the stock Imagio roms don't have?
2) How do I tell what version of ROM I have on my phone right now?
3) What version of TouchFlo3D does it use?
4) How do you install it?
5) Will it brick my phone?

1. nothing it is the stock rom
2. settings/system/about
3. this is the stock rom
4. you don't. use the shipped rom in the other thread.
5. it won't because you can't flash it.

Is cmonex and company, the only ones that know how to create a hard SPL unlocker?
It has been done for so many models now that I find it hard to believe that there is not some sort of tutorial for making one. Perhaps it is because I don't understand the process?
I have searched high and low, but the only information I have been able to locate is 1) What a hard SPL is and 2) Where you can download one for model xxx. But absolutely nothing about the steps involved in CREATING one. Even a general overview would be nice. The closest I have found is a post stating that you basically remove the part of the SPL that checks to see if a ROM is signed.
Anyone? I am pretty technical and don't mind taking a crack at this.

there are some threads and tools on xda however i have never looked at them. also check the tp2 forum as some other people asked the same question during the wait for their hspl.

cmonex is already looking at whitestone hspl as mentioned in the placeholder post.

If you do not know what this is for, it is of no use to you.

Re: Imagio (whitestone) rom dump 1.08.605.11

it just a dump of the stock rom.
there is nothing here that isn't on your phone already.

rom chefs can use the dump to update packages for their custom roms... usually for other devices like tp2 that came out earlier.
