lol, i agree... its a pain in the neck to reinstall everything... imagine when you are updating and testing 6 different roms! Unfortunately, each release needs testing... ill wait a week or so, so everyone can test more 1.5, then 1.6 will be the same rom with the fixes only... on 1.7 we'll try to update a few programs to newer versions... but at least 1.6 should be a stable rom(1.5 is pretty stable for me!)

I figured out my necessary process to use wifi router, though I am not sure why. I have recreated this a few times now.

1) In Comm Manager I turn on wifi sharing. I wait as it starts up.
2) It works momentarily then I get the message I have lost my data connection.
3) I reconnect to data in Comm Manager or settings>connections but
4) Wifi sharing is greyed out and I can't disable it.
5) I open wifi router from Programs. I hit "Stop" then
6) Open task manager and manually shut down the wifi router app
7) Turn wifi sharing On in Comm Manager again
8) Good to go.

Obviously when I lose my data connection it throws the whole thing off. Just not sure why this occurs.

Thank you for taking the time to report... im not sure why you are losing your connection... do you have any mod to enable auto-disconnect 3G internet? Depending on the string, some of them will disable the 3G Internet when enabling Wi-Fi, or receiving a phone call, etc.. (we had this happening in the past... remember 1.3?)

FIY, im using version 0.9.2.0 of the Wi-Fi Router, next release it will be updated to 1.1.1.0

Anybody else having any issues with it?

Not that I can think of. I installed xda shutdown, Total Commander and regedit. I think that's it.

Not sure the version Drellisdee used but it was like buttah ;) That said, his ROM had other issues.

Can't wait for 1.6 Also if you need the latest version of MyPhone and windows Live cabs PM me. I always start with those 2.

Re: Slacker Radio.
Hi. I have 1.5 Custom build Verizon. I can't get Slacker Radio to work. I am able to sign on, pick a station, but then I get "oops something went wrong. Go to the next track" but after I hit back to select the next track it freezes. My device doesn't freeze just Slacker Radio.

Thanx. I like it on my PC, the variety of music choices.So it would be nice on my phone. :)

I went straight to the source, at m.slacker.com. and downloaded the cab. Installed to storage card and it worked right away. Lyrics and everything. Thank you again. Cool. I did not try the link to xda though. That may work also. They are very helpful.
