Is anybody else having trouble with haptic feedback? I get it on the menus and the phone dialer but not in messaging (email or SMS) no matter if I use the QWERTY keyboard or the phone keypad. It is definitely turned on in Settings as well as the "Touch Input Settings" w/in messaging.

Didn't have it in 1.4 or 1.5.

Anyone try the Verizon version and then loading VMM and if it works? I want VMM but not the TV stuff.

Update: I just decided to try it, works great. Now you have a convert from energy rom, can't stand not having VMM.

Update 2: Spoke too soon, VMM crashes every time I try closing it. I guess I'll have to try the full Verizon.

Update 3: Anyway to bake VMM in the regular Verizon build? I can't imagine it adds any overhead or anyone who doesn't set it up.

I tried the 1.4 clean version (Verizon). Some how I felt that the phone was not responding fast enough. I tried & I am on the energry rom now. It responds pretty fast.

1.5 Full Verizon
- VVM crashes in this build as well when the app is closed. It works properly when it's started but when exiting the program I get the send error report message.

Anyway haptic (vibrating) feedback has returned to my messaging apps.

This is the start of a great ROM. I think Opera should a least be updated to 9.7, and My phone as well too. Not that fond of the lockscreen which is a pain to remove. Good job!

A special thank you to all of you that took the time to test it and report issues, that's the only way to get it better. Those builds are really for you.. cause i already got all that I need using with Cricket... as soon as the kitchen is stable without major bugs (like the MMS we had before at 1.2...) I'll post the entire kitchen with a few instructions, so you can make the changes you want and build your own rom...

I am not sure if it was just me, but with my original OE Rom, the VVM hung up terribly all the time causing me to cancel the service. Maybe its a Verizon problem.
