Glad it helped, The requirement for the internet to get the HSPL unlocked to run crushed my plans.. till I decided I'd try it this way.

I am glad you guys brought this up- bc I tether to connect to the Web and after reading Mrs. C's instructions, I did not realize you had to be in Active Sync and connected to the Web.

Yeah, stuff thats good to know. I actually read it and didn't believe what I was reading based on my experience flashing previous hspl's always by D/L the hspl via tether, get it on my desktop then install. BAM! done. This is def diff. but, now I(we) know.

Maybe we should contact some of these ROM chefs and let them know that we are unlocked?

I am torn.. I have been waiting for the HSPL, but just installed JMART's Sense 2012 cab a few days ago, and it is so smooth and so light, i am wondering if I really want to deal with some of these ROMS that are being cooked right now.

I honestly think that I will wait for someone like jmart or one of the other Imagio guys to cook one up, because this is my primary work phone, and cant afford to have things like GPS, VVM or other things to not work...

Ill throw in my request for a newb friendly kitchen or a very lite 6.5.5 build with sense 2.5 or for shits and giggles a completely bone dry one with titanium so we can see just how fast this thing can be.

Thank you anyone and everyone!

Try drellisdee's alpha rom , it is just like jmart's .cab and a lot faster. GPS , VVM and everything else works. I was running his cab also but this is faster and more stable.
