Check the following in EPST on the phone
Security usernames MDN@mycricket.com password cricket in both fields.
Then go to MIP default and check the NAI it should be the same as above and in this tab at the bottom HA and AAA shared secret should be cricket.

What ROM are you using? Open your dialer and click options and services You should have an option there for 1X only highbrid or EVDO only. If you don't have this option it is hidden so you will need to find it in the registry.

I set it to EVDO only and the icons show no signal, as if it's in airplane mode. I can make calls, and send text messages, and when I do that the 1x icon appears, then goes back to the "no signal" icons.

PM sent! Also you will notice that the 1X always appears for talk/text.

Even after all this, the GPS is working, just doesn't work well indoors, of course. Just wish the 3G would work.

Yeah, several times. I had a bit of trouble when I flashed the Sprint ROM earlier, and let customizations run, because I had to change the SPC to even allow it to OTA. Then I flashed the Sprint ROM again, then did another OTA, then flashed MY ROM, and did yet another OTA, and so far no go. Bleh. And I can't go to the dealer because it's snowing like mad here.

I can only say that it must be on crickets end. If you have OTASP and it updated correctly and your PST setting are correct it must be on cricket and could also be the market.

Well I called one of the dealers, and the lady said her phone is in 1x, too, though I'm not sure if hers is EVDO-capable. My girlfriend's phone isn't, so that's no help either.
