I'm new here and really appreciate such a great place to come for information. I am able to get a lot more out of my HTC because of it. So, now I'm switching carriers and I've searched for information this detailed on switching my Verizon 6900 to Cricket and haven't found it. Am I missing it, or it the process the same? I think about every possible bit of info one could want is here so I'm leaning towards the "I'm missing it" direction. Help!

"#3 flash this sprint 6.1 ROM to update radio "WARNING DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATION RUN" SOFT RESET WHEN IT SAYS AUTO CUSTUMIZATION IN 3 SECONDS. This is for GPS1 to work.
http://www.htc.com/us/SupportDownloa...cat=2&dl_id=66
To do this connect USB to computer then Press power camera and Reset to get to bootloader red green yellow screen and connect to cable then run the exe file. DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATION RUN SOFT RESET WHEN IT SAYS CUSTOMIZE IN 3 SECONDS.
After this point you may need to run the unlocker again. "

hey does anyone have this file?
htc doesnt have it

Hi whitey10tc,
First off... Thanks a whole bunch. This is my 1st time ever flashing or doing anything with a phone, but it seems like everything came together nicely. My hat goes off to you!!

Quick question.... I was able to update the values for the GPS settings, but I cannot change the datatype. In fact, I can't even see where I would be able to change it. I was using the built in PHM Regedit program. Am I missing something?

Sorry for the confusion as long as you have the following set
"HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\SUPL AGPS"
"GPSMode" value="2"
"ServerPort" value="8080"
"ServerIP" value="172.29.223.11"
You won't need the data type in there!

Also if you use my latest ROM all your GPS and MMS/WAP are preset.

Re: (Updated 12-10-2009) How to flash a Vogue to cricket with GPS

Hello Again,

I'm trying to flash my phone to the new ROM, but am a little confused #-o.
There are 3 files:
RUU_signed.nbh121009
Manila Home Weather Updater (with MortScript.cab)
CDMA Home Weather Fix.cab

Am I supposed to rename the RUU_signed.nbh121009 to RUU_signed.NBH, then run from SD Card?
Then do I just install the weather programs after RUU is installed?

I renamed RUU then inserted SD Card, then went into bootloader. It stays in Bootloader though, and never installs ROM.
Am I doing something wrong?

BTW.... I will be donating to show my appreciation.

Thanks!!
