Sprint Picture Mail Issues
 

So whenver i send a picture via the sprint picture mail program that is available from sprint, the program does not want to quit after I'm done with it. Specifically if i leave my phone idle for a while the top bar will read "Picture mail" and the bottom bar soft keys will be gone, but the keyboard key will appear. Also when I then try to do something... i.e. hit the start button I get a white page that has a box on it and writing above that box that reads "This is some text telling the user what is happening."

I've tried searching but to no avail. I have reset/un-installed re-installed with no avail. Help.

Oh and one other thing... I have discerned from other posts that I should be able to get the pictures on my phone without opening Internet Explorer to view... my phone still makes me click on the "view picturemail" link which opens IE. Any ideas?

I suggest you dial *2 on your phone and go to tech support and get someone there to walk you through the process. Since it is a Sprint App and you pay Sprint for your plan this tech support and the call will be free. Then they can troubleshoot the problem you are having. :)
