Phone doesnt ring
 

Hey guys i have my ringer on and my ringtone set and my volume at max but it doesnt ring when someone calls. it works if i get a text but not if someone calls. i tried default and custom ringtones. another thing is that it will vibrate but nor ring even on the vibrate and ring setting. please help.

When you go to Sounds and Notifications and select incoming call and you select the ringtone you want, when you hit the play button does it play!? Did you change your ringer to a custom ringer? Maybe the ringtone your using isn't compatible or maybe you need to make sure you put the ringtone in windows/rings. Try selecting the standard ring, soft reset and then call your phone and see if it rings.

all my ringotones play but not when someone calls. i think it might be related to windows media player because everything i browse my library, it crashes. maybe its an audio driver?
