Help with re-locking anybody?

I'm trying to downgrade from IAMCOKEMAN's 2.31 to the stock bootloader using nueSPL RE_Locker.

I copied the .exe to the root of my device(not card) and the program comes up PERFECT... has check marks next to all the prereqs and I click start... it goes to a blank dark screen and just sticks....

Any ideas will help me greatly, thanks guys.
