GPS help
 

I know SEARCH I have, but here is my situation, I received my new XV6900 from Verizon after my housing was cracked on my previous XV. My new XV came with 6.1 and I cant seem to get GPS working my ROM is 3.14.605.1 and radio is 3.37.78

Ive searched and I cant find the same ROM and radio that I have.

If anyone with GPS working usees the same ROM and radio or began with the same ROM and radio or knows how to get GPS working pls help.

I think gps is locked on the Verizon Vogue.
You may have to unlock and flash a new radio.
Not completely sure. If you plan on flashing a custom rom anyway then you might want to go over to xda and read codybears faq on flashing the vogue.:mrgreen:

Your phone doesn't necessarily have to be unlocked for the GPS to work. However if you let the customizations run then you are indeed screwed but not totally. People have had success with the two threads below. This is if you want true GPS functionality & not assisted.
