windows 6.5 on htc touch
 
can someone help me out on where to download the best windows 6.5 software for verizon htc touch? confused on wat roms are too, help a newbie out plz wanting to learn more about this stuff.

and im also opperating on a macbook, so i need the downloads to be for that...

check out NFSFAN's rom over at xda, its made especially for the touch.
its pretty good, its the one im using

^ i second that one, ive been running it for about 2 weeks now and will probably never go back, at least not to the stock rom of course lol... though i did enjoy my short stint with manilla roms when i had it

Inertone, Whats all the hype about the Android software? is it that much different than the 6.5? i saw that you can install it from a cab but wasnt for sure what all it took and if its something that would run along with 6.5 just fine or its something that you use either or programs. Also what all it takes to add stuff to it and how much memory it takes.. just was curious since you are showing that you use it i thought id ask.

have you heard of the T-Mobile G1?
Android is pretty much the software it runs, a whole different OS, Android uses Linux.
As for the cab installation, i would advice for you to manually install everything, its not that hard, takes maybe 10 minutes.
