I installed somebody's 6.5 ROM in April...and now when I turn on my phone I get the following message:

You need to reflash with newer ROM, the one you used back then had a "timebomb" because of being a beta version.

actually yeah.

I cannot get out of that timebomb screen.

so howto install a CAB?

You can't install anything in it anymore, you have to reflash either from your computer or from the SD Card.
